Hydroponics Grow Bags are ready to use plant growing media for gardens, nurseries and horticulture. Grow bags are manufactured by combining cocopeat and short coir fiber.

It is then compressed and packed loosely in a UV stabilized polythene bag. At the user end holes can be cut for planting and drainage. We supply grow bags according to client specifications. for Commercial Nurseries, Greenhouses as well as Home Gardeners who are employing the Hydroponics growing techniques.

Grow bags are a perfect media for cut flower production. Our grow bags come with a compressed coir slab that fills the bag when hydrated. We offer standard and customized products 100 x 20 x 12 cm & 100 x 15 x 12 cm as a standard size but can make customized grow bags in dimensions, expanded volume, as well as physical structure of the product as per our customer's requirements, husk chips combinations mixtures of 70% coco pith & 30 % coco husk ratio or 50% coco pith & 50% coco husk ratio. Our grow bags have a neutral pH of 5.5 to 6.8

The raw materials for our grow bags require unique selection and processing methods. The coco peat is aged and composted for a period and thoroughly washed. This process reduces the Electrical conductivity. Later cocopeat is then processed to remove fine particles and long fibers to maintain the consistency of the product for greenhouse growers.

This premium product is compressed into slabs of various dimensions and sealed in co-extruded poly sleeves in UV stabilized poly bags. ( black inside &white outside )This is to prevent heat build up in the root system. Finally, the bags are tested for expansion, EC and pH, and then shipped to customers.This product is an excellent alternative to rockwool slabs, peat moss and perlite.
